Enrolment Timeline

The Department of Education has a statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline advising families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation at a Victorian government primary school.

How to Enrol

All prospective families will need to complete an Enrolment Application form. Forms can be downloaded here or obtained from the school office. Once completed and signed, hand it into our school office or email to kismet.park.ps@education.vic.gov.au.

Documentation Required

• Birth Certificate or Child’s Passport
• Immunisation Certificate
• Child’s Passport (if child born overseas)

Additional Requirements (once accepted)

• Asthma Management Plan (signed by medical practitioner)
• Anaphylaxis Management Plan (signed by medical practitioner)
• Any relevant reports (paediatrician, psychologist, speech, OT or other professionals)

Our School Zone

Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place, determined by permanent residential address. View our zone on Find My School.

Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy.
